Twenty years as a manager on both sides of the table: inside banks and inside private companies. That double perspective is what he brings to a credit file — he knows how it will be read before it is sent.
He works on complex corporate advisory, reorganisations and structured transactions, and takes on temporary management roles as CFO, Chief of Staff or COO. He is personally registered with the OAM register of credit brokers; that activity is carried out in his own name and is separate from the advisory services of the firm.
